Just playing with some effects. Frame within a frame but inner frame is color.  Different photo would of been better maybe. LOL
It's a plug in for photoshop that I found Can adjust frame etc. Thought I'd share it since it could be cool using in other images.

Judi . . . check here. It's under floating frame by Ed Adams.They're in alphabetical order so it won't take a second to find.
